2011-03-02:
Well, Zoe has figured out how to crawl forward a week or so ago. Is she getting into stuff she's not supposed to now?
Yes. Yes she is. She's also doing exciting stuff like eating Cheerios and biter biscuits,
ripping leaves off of the plant and being bored (at best) at the playground.
Unfortunately, right now she's battling a cold. She's quite impressive in that she can still manage to look cute while snot
pours out of her nose like it's some sort of snot fountain.
Niklas is just getting over a cold, so he's back to doing whatever it is that four year olds do. Trouble is usually involved.
Pictures (and perhaps a bit more detail of the last month's activities) should be up soon.
2011-03-06:
Here are some pictures. Happy, Mom?
Anyway, so Niklas has been on a roll of hilarity* of late. The other day when I told him we were having risotto for
dinner, he insisted that he was not under any circumstances going to eat mizotta. I guess it was his delivery that sold it.
Also, tonight, he told me he couldn't go to bed because he had a hangnail.
*Hilarity most likely depends on being related to Niklas.
2011-03-23:
So, today I had to change out a lightswitch in Niklas's bathroom. As I am a wise, wise man, I waited until it was nearly
dark outside to do so. That's how I ended up repeating the phrase "Niklas, shine the light over here, buddy" about fifty
times. I said "Niklas, light! Light!" about a hundred more.
This morning, we took Zoe to the photography place to get her photographied. That went super well, at least as far as
acquiring quality pictures of Zoe goes. On the other hand, her nap schedule got wrecked up something awful, so there was
quite a bit of her screaming at me for no reason for the rest of the day.

And now, today's installent of "Niklas Explains Science".
Update your textbooks accordingly.
